Every art work and photo on this website is made and
owned by Susanna Poméll. They cannot be used or copied without permission. All rights reserved.

Your privacy is fully protected on this website.
All your delivery information will be handled with care & confidentiality and will not be given to any other parties.

PURCHASING

You can purchase my art in my online art shop using the common debit & credit cards. All the prices include VAT 10%.
If you want to pay your purchase via bank payment/invoice or in installments, please don’t hesitate to contact the Seller.

The Seller holds the right to cancel the order if necessary.

OSAMAKSU
(SUOMESSA)

Tarjoamme kuluttoman ja korottoman osamaksumahdollisuuden
(2, 3, 6, 9 ja 12 kuukautta).
HUOM! Paperiteokset ja alle 300€ tilaukset max. 3 erässä!

Ensimmäinen erä ja mahdolliset toimituskulut kokonaisuudessaan maksetaan heti. Jäljelle jäävistä eristä lähetetään laskut sähköpostitse. Osamaksuerät erääntyvät aina kuukauden (30 päivän) välein alkuperäisestä ostohetkestä. Laskuissa on lainmukainen 14 päivän maksuaika ja 9,5% viivästyskorko. Viivästysmaksu on 5€/muistutus. Osamaksuissa pätee normaali 14 päivän palautusoikeus, joka lasketaan tuotteen saapumisesta. Myyjällä säilyy teoksen omistajuus aina siihen asti, kunnes teos on maksettu kokonaisuudessaan loppuun.

INSTALLMENTS
(OUTSIDE FINLAND)

We offer cost-free and interest-free installments
(2, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months).
NOTE! Paper works and orders under 300€ in max. 3 parts!

The first installment and any shipping costs are paid in full immediately. Invoices for the remaining installments will be sent by e-mail. The invoice is a secured payment link via Stripe so you pay all the installments with your credit card (just like the first payment at the check-out). Installments are always due every month (30 days) from the initial purchase. The invoices have a legal payment period of 14 days and a 9.5% late payment interest. The late payment fee is €5/reminder. In installment payments, the normal 14-day right of return applies, which is calculated from the arrival of the product. The Seller retains ownership of the work until the work has been paid for in full.

Use the appropriate code at checkout when paying for your purchase:

INSTALLMENT2 - payment in two installments
INSTALLMENT3 - payment in three installments
INSTALLMENT6 - payment in six installments (orders over 300€)
INSTALLMENT9 - payment in nine installments (orders over 300€)
INSTALLMENT12 - payment in twelve installments (orders over 300€)

SHIPPING

Once the Buyer purchases item(s) from the shop,
the order will be packed and sent in the next 14 days. The Seller will contact the Buyer when the package has been handed to the courier. The Seller will also notify the Buyer in case of any type of delay with the packaging.

Note that the Seller is not responsible for any kind of delays during the shipping process. The Buyer is fully responsible for any kind of additional costs, customs or import taxes that may apply. In case of lost item(s) or damage during the shipping, the Buyer needs to contact the Seller
as soon as their parcel has arrived/seems to be missing.

Paperiteokset - ILMAINEN TOIMITUS

Teos/teokset toimitetaan Matkahuollon, Postin tai UPS:n kautta suoraan Ateljeelta ostajan kotiovelle. Taulut ovat ripustusvalmiita (ripustuslanka valmiina) eikä niitä tarvitse kehystää, ellei itse halua. Paperiteokset myydään ilman kehyksiä.

Teos/teokset voidaan myös noutaa Ateljeelta, joka sijaitsee Espoon Tapiolassa. Myyjä on yhteydessä ostajaan 48 tunnin sisällä oston rekisteröinnistä sopiakseen noutoajankohdan.

When it comes to shipping outside Finland and especially outside EU, the Seller recommends to ship the canvases rolled since it’s much more faster and safer. There’s also no risk of the painting getting damaged when the canvas is safely shipped in a tube. You can take the canvas to your local framer who will restrech the canvas professionally (and you can also choose to properly frame it if you wish).

When the Buyer chooses to purchase a full canvas (not on a roll), the paintings are ready to hang (the back wire is already installed). There is no need to frame them, unless the Buyer wants to. Paper works are sold without frames.

The Seller will pack the item(s) properly and does everything one can to ensure the safety of the shipment. The item(s) will be sent straight from the Seller’s studio to your front door via UPS.

Notice that the Buyer is fully responsible for any kind of additional costs, customs or import taxes that may apply. In case of lost item(s) or damage during the shipping, the Buyer needs to contact the Seller immediately/as soon as their parcel has arrived or seems to be missing.

RETURNS

Note that there is always an option to come and see the item(s) first. Contact the Seller and the visit to my Art Studio will be arranged! The Seller can also send the Buyer more photos and/or video of the item(s) for a request.

Always make sure to measure the space before purchasing the item(s). You can also send a photo of the wall you were hoping to decorate, and the Seller can do a mockup from where you can see if the painting fits the space.

The Buyer has a lawful right to return the purchased item(s) in 14 days after receiving the item(s). The Buyer needs to contact the Seller to inform that they want to return the item(s). The return is always fully paid by the Buyer. The item(s) must be in it’s original and flawless condition. The returned item(s) must be shipped and delivered straight to the Sellers address/door using the same courier (Matkahuolto or UPS) and the same additional services (value insurance etc.) as the Seller. The Seller is not obligated to return the shipping costs of the original purchase. Only the cost of the purchased item(s) will be returned to the Buyer via bank transfer. If the shipping is included to the price, the Seller will substract the shipping costs of the total and return the rest.

If the Buyer refuses to receive the package and it will be returned back to the Seller, it is not considered as a return. Lawfully it’s considered as a breach of contract from the Buyer’s side. If the Buyer wants to return the items, they must first receive the package, then notify the Seller that they want to return the item(s) and lastly send the package back to the Seller in it’s original & flawless condition. If the Buyer refuses to receive the package, the Seller is not obligated to return all the money back to the Buyer. All the shipping costs of the package (back and forth) will be fully paid by the Buyer.

Commissions are non-refundable.

The Seller has the right to cancel the order
if the seller notices something that might harm the Seller,
the Seller’s company or the copyrights.
